• Managed a 5-member executive team and allocated $5,000 to host events such as the Biomedical Industry Spotlight.

• Expanded the design team to 30+ members; led development of two functional low-cost dental health prototypes for Kenya, including device testing and effectiveness validation.

• Initiated new programming including a professor-graduate panel, an industry podcast series, and design competition participation strategies.
