Organized two large-scale outreach events to promote STEM engagement among children (BOO-seum at the London Children’s Museum and Science Rendez-vous).
Coordinated social events for graduate CMHR trainees and contributed to developing innovative club programming.
Advocated for student perspectives in Bone and Joint Institute committee meetings, influencing program development and decision-making.

Managed a 5-member executive team and allocated $5,000 to host events such as the Biomedical Industry Spotlight.
Expanded the design team to 30+ members; led development of two functional low-cost dental health prototypes for Kenya, including device testing and effectiveness validation.
Initiated new programming including a professor-graduate panel, an industry podcast series, and design competition participation strategies.
